Sahil spent the summer with our product and design teams at Wellfit Technologies. I gave him one of our underutilized payment products and asked him to figure out why it wasn't landing and what to do about it. I expected a list of fixes or general ideas on direction, but what he brought back was a rethink of the whole strategy, built around what would actually get healthcare offices to adopt it, along with a ranked list of enhancements by impact and effort. Healthtech is a complicated space to enter without prior experience. Every decision has to work for multiple users at once while meeting strict compliance requirements. Sahil kept all of it in view and could articulate the tradeoffs clearly, which is not something I take for granted even in experienced PMs. His design skills are excellent, and he uses AI tools with real judgment, moving quickly while maintaining quality standards. Any team would be lucky to have him. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat and give my full recommendation.
